FACHAFIBRA

Mesh for Render Reinforcement and Façade Cladding

NÃO OXIDA — BFRP mesh for crack control at structural interfaces.

What it is

FachaFibra is a mesh structured in basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP), totally immune to corrosion, with low specific mass and simplified application, developed to reinforce the mortar render of facades in the regions of highest stress concentration. Popularly known as facade mesh or render reinforcement mesh, it acts mainly at the interfaces between the concrete structure (beams and columns) and the infill masonry, at the interfaces between structural masonry and slabs, and at opening corners — points where differential movements between elements tend to generate cracks.

Advantages of FachaFibra — BFRP Mesh for Facades

Aplicação manual da tela FachaFibra na argamassa de fachada

Very lightweight

The lightness of basalt fiber facilitates handling and application, without compromising the structural performance of the render.

Never oxidizes

Made from pure basalt fiber, which never oxidizes. Unlike metallic meshes, it is not subject to corrosion — no staining, no cover expansion, no facade deterioration over time.

No additional anchoring

Can be incorporated directly into the render mortar, with no need for any other type of anchoring. Simpler, faster application with no perforations in the masonry.
