Sustainability

Materials that build with less impact.

FRP — Fiber Reinforced Polymers

GFRP bar production consumes 50% less energy and emits 43% less CO₂ than equivalent processes with conventional metallic materials (Garg & Shrivastava, 2019). The ~4× lower weight reduces transport emissions. Structures that last longer require less repair material — durability as an environmental factor.

Hexor HPU — Wastewater Treatment

Hexor HPU contributes to wastewater sustainability by expanding treatment capacity within existing infrastructure — avoiding new civil construction. More biological treatment with lower construction impact.

  • Intensification without expansion: reduces the need to expand WWTPs
  • Filling ratio 15–20%: less material, lower mixing and aeration demand
  • Nitrification support: better effluent quality with smaller footprint
